Are You Struggling, Overwhelmed, or Feeling Like Things Aren’t Going Well?

Sometimes, you just need reassurance that you’re doing okay—and a little help figuring out what comes next.

We often hear things like, “I don’t know what to do,” “I don’t know how to make this better,” or “I feel like nothing is working.” That’s exactly why we’re here.

Our goal is to listen, make sure you feel heard, and help you understand what’s happening so we can create a plan that feels manageable for you and your baby.

Feeding journeys don’t always look like the picture-perfect stories we hear about. Elisabeth’s own breastfeeding experiences with her girls were far from perfect, and those challenges are a big part of why ICT Lactation exists today.

You don’t have to have it all figured out before you walk through our door. We’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward from there.

I’m Elisabeth Goebel, RN, IBCLC, founder and owner of ICT Lactation.

My goal is for you to feel supported whether you’re seeing me or one of the other amazing lactation professionals on our team. No matter who you meet with, we want your care to feel personal, practical, compassionate, and tailored to you and your baby.

We’ll work alongside you toward your short- and long-term feeding goals while making sure you have the education, tools, resources, and confidence you need along the way.

Most importantly, I want you to leave our care feeling heard, supported, and empowered in the choices that are right for your family.

You are the right parent for your baby, and there is no single “perfect” way to feed them.
